Every piece in our shop is handled with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Custom orders will vary in process time according to the level of detail and specific requirements for your design. 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days for delivery.Express Shipping: Estimated 3 business days for delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit. In the event of a shipping-related issue, all claims must be resolved directly with the carrier. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy to monitor your package's journey. Please contact us with any questions.
